Have I told you lately how I love how resourceful you are? *hugs*After reading this post of yours it hit me: rebounding is a lot like kickboxing on the bag! There are few workouts for the bag either, but you can take basic ck workouts and do them on the bag - dancier ones like Turbo Jam won't work, but Tae Bo and any basic ck workout will! the rebounder with regular floor aerobics videos or audios like cardio coach, kathy smith walking, or just with fitness music. pretty much any floor aerobics routine can be modified for use with the rebounder... for example, leslie sansone's walking workouts can be modified 'up' with the rebounder, while other routines that have alot of jumping in them can be done on the rebounder to remove the high impact but keep the intensity of the workout. actually i believe that there is a thread somewhere on videofitness that contains a list of workouts that people have done on their rebounder... but it is very very long because pretty much any workout can be modified to use it!
