oh so true!!

So...how do you know that you've earned the name Body for Lifer?

A twist from comedian Jeff Foxworthy redneck comedy....

You know you are a BFLer when....your car breaks down and its not that big

of a deal to walk 45 min or jog about 25 min to get to work. You know you

are a BFLer when.....you look at other people of the same sex and think,

" I wonder what their bodyfat percentage is. " You know you are a BFLer

when....you go grocery shopping and you automaticly categorize each item

as carb or protein or vegetable.

" You know you're a BFL'er if after a long day at work....an hour at the

grocery store...and a 45 mile drive home...you don't need assistance

lifting and toting groceries on UBWO day. "

I know I am a BFLer b/c we just got a dog and I am NEVER too tired to

walk-anytime-anywhere-I am READY and love the extra exercise!!!

You know you’re a BFL’er when everything you are eating is plotted out a

week in advance.

You know you’re a BFL’er when you get excited about spotting a new vein

emerging on your arm.

You know you’re a BFL’er when you aren’t upset about buying a whole new

wardrobe.

You know you’re a BFL’er when you get excited about eating.

You know you’re a BFL’er when out of the corner of your eye you notice

people checking you out more often.

You know you’re a BFL’er you find it difficult to walk by a mirror without

checking out your progress.

You know you’re a BFL’er when you have so much confidence in yourself that

you shrug off the subtle, insecure comments from others who may feel

threatened by your accomplishments.
