Guest guest
We give Enada NADH each morning with breakfast. The cheapest source I've found is Vitamin Shoppe -- look at their 90 caps -- they have a great deal on that. It madea HUGE difference for Lulu , and it can help with recycling GSSG (oxidized glutathione) back to GSH (reduce glutathione). It is required for the enzyme glutathione peroxidase - - they have a good decription of this over at Wikipedia, if I remember correctly. I think they also have something about how glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase works in with all this -- another article, though. > > > > Sue, > > > > I did research this, and found that K1 and K2 present no toxicity > issues.
