Guest guest
Lynn, The brand you're already using is the only one that I'd be willing to consume. They'll put it in writing that theirs is GMO-free, and they don't add wheat flour to it. You can just call Information in the city listed on the can to get their phone number. There's no MSG, because there's no chemicals used or high heat. I use the one that just says Brewer's Yeast, because, although the way they describe the methods used to make their processed varieties, Brewer's Yeast Flakes and Brewer's Yeast Buds, sounds benign, I see no reason to take any chances. The regular Brewer's Yeast works just fine. n
Guest guest
Anyone have any good recomendations for low temp. processed taste-tolerable brewers yeast? Right now I'm using Labs brewers yeast that's grown on beets. It tastes fine but I know nothing about how it's processed. Thanks Lynn
