He was a pain when I started working out so since he had already been fed, watered and walked I threw him in the crate to finish my workout. I did a Ya Ya trade called All About Legs with Mindy Mylrea. I just did the first two sections which are 15 minutes each - one with a 5lb medicine ball and then the stability ball section. They were quite tough. I followed that with Cathe's ab & stretch section from Butts & Gutts. A nice leg and ab workout. Kathy Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
