It's possible that 162 was her off-season weight and that she competes

a little lighter, but I've seen enough other female bodybuilders her

height competing at 140-160 pounds that I don't doubt the numbers. Pam

Brown came to mind because she also competed at 5'6 " 160 pounds.

Fitness women are often a good 20-30 pounds heavier than you would

believe possible. Here are some more fun examples of really fit people

who make a mockery of the height/weight charts. :-)

Hi, it was quite awhile ago... she started eating

mostly a meat/extremely (no?) carb diet, then she

started exercising in the gym, then she hooked up with

a trainer who competed herself (her pic is on the web

page with Debbie) and her diet was fine tuned even

more. The trainer woman she worked with had her

following a bodybuilding precompetition diet,

training, routine, etc. Not sure if this helps, just

wanted to post that it is possible to weigh quite a

bit and be able to get into great shape! That look is

not for me, I never want to compete, just want to look

hot, LOL! :)

Hey, I just read her web page. She lost 40 lbs in two

months and 70

lbs in three months without sagging skin? How?? If all

that is true,

it says a lot about the 2lbs a week theory

I was a size 2, at 130lbs. So, I guess I can buy into her being a 4 at 150lbs.

Ive gained weight, and am now in the process of losing it. Im 148 and a size 8

now. For some reason I gained weight in my hips and thighs this time, where as I

usually gain it in my stomach.

hmm you know, I've never really thought about how many lbs per size to lose. I

was 130 lbs and a 2 and I'm 148 and an 8 now, so I dont think it would be 10lbs.

But, we are all different! (and the scale lies!) If you are interested in

getting down to a certain size, I would focus more on inches then on the scale.

Most clothing companys each have their own size charts, but here is one I pulled

off the net...

Good luck!

Hi Cyndi, on average would you say every 10 lbs equal one dress

size? I've never been a size 2. :) Bri

That size chart looked ok when I sent it! But seems hard to read! Here is the

link I used...

heres another one

If I remember correctly I was about 33/25/34 when I was a size 2, and the

clothes were getting baggy on me.

Then just keep doing BFL! You will get there! Sexy isnt a clothing size, its

confidence and feeling good about yourself. Then youll look sexy!

It's been my experience that pounds don't correspond to dress sizes in

any way at all. At 5'8 " I've been a size 4 at 115 pounds, and a size 4

at 135 pounds. Your size is determined by what those pounds are made

of, not the number on the scale. Fat is big and squishy and light and

takes up a lot of space, muscle is tiny and compact and heavy and

takes up very little space.

5 pounds of fat vs. 5 pounds of muscle photo:
