DH's cigarette smoke, he honestly did try to direct it away from me, but it always manages to find me somehow.

I have to agree with Kassia... I would send DH outside if I were you. My DH is trying to quit smoking right now, but I wouldn't know one way or another, he only smokes at work.

I hope you get to doing better and hopefully you aren't coming down with anything.

hey kerry, i hope you are doing better. i know this is a personal thing but i really think that if DH wants to smoke he really should take it out of the house all together. that is JMO though, when i quit i sent DH away b/c the smell actually started to bother the heck out of me. he got so tired of leaving to smoke that he quit. and one day on a bike ride together i was home and showered doing some yoga before he even hit the end of out road(we were in the country then) LOL!!!! take it easy for now,do something not so strenous kassia

Everyone is raving about the all-new beta.

OMG kerry !! i didnt know that you have asthma too :(

the flovent will help to keep your cold from getting into your chest.

take lots of vitamin c to boost your immunity.

im so sorry to hear about the attack.

i still carry ventolin around everywhere with me, even though i

rarely use it (i take advair twice a day and that has erased

practically all of my severe asthma symptoms...yay!).

i think that you should get a ventolin puffer and keep it in your

purse at all times!

i also carry ventolin for my son who gets symptoms, on and off...

mostly in allergy seasons.... nothing wrecks a good time more than

an asthma attack, especially when 2 puffs of ventolin will clear it

right up....ugh!

anyway, you have my sympathies.... tell that dh to smoke outside and

away from where you are standing!

take care,

:*carolyn.

ps: i still have this jaw/ear pain, but either im getting used to

it or else the pain is diminishing, because i feel much much better

today!! i took allergy meds and that seems to be helping it.

hi Kerry,

sorry to hear about the asthma attack, I didn't know

your DH smoked - tell him to quit for both of you!

(don't mean to preach here - my dad quit a few years

back after being a lifetime chain smoker - if he can

do it anyone can!)

Hi Kassia,

He does go out to the garage and has for years, his own idea, not mine, so that is good. When we are driving he will have to stop if he wants a smoke.

I was doing OK but moved DD from her Ex's yesterday and his place was such a pig sty that I'm sure it bothered my lungs. I didn't notice it until last night when I had to use my puffers and this morning isn't that great either, so no exercise today.

Thank you for your concern.

Kerry
