I like the overall organization and variety of this plan - they will supplement your volleyball games wonderfully! Have you thought about when, amidst your crazy schedule, you are going to fit these workouts in? Have you sanctioned time for them and are you willing to commit to that time slot / those time slots? Personally, I have found that you can NOT wait to be "motivated" to start exercising, because who knows when that will happen and it doesn't always last a long time. No, it's more like the Nike slogan - "Just do it". Really. You can wait or put this off. If you fall off the path one day don't beat yourself up, just know that every day is a new beginning and you get right back on track. Please review these workouts as you do them!
