And the hype on fibre needs is twisted and lied about to the point it makes you sick. Who says slowing digestion is a bad thing? But again this is all to make money off the ignorance of the masses. How do you introduce truth to the masses? The only way I know is one person at a time. And yes, it is very very slow. Sadly.
