okay all, had to try it LOL. all in all not bad in the way of instruction and break down of moves, but i still say cheese in that she is always encouraging you to "touch yourself" and smack your a$$. i know what she means but it just doesn't sound right LOL. since this is dvd one you are doing basic breakdowns and intros to some movements. there was the warm up and 3 routines. the warm up and each breakdown of the routine was between 11-12 minutes each then you do 2 or 3 run throughs with music but she isn't instructing so you better be counting. no short attention spans here with this workout, you better pay attention or you wil miss it. the moves(some similar to bellydance with hip rolls but with a little more "sex" added to it) take alot to get down right, my issue, i don't DO sexy well so trying to pull this off with grace must be a great laugh. i hope DH wasn't expecting a lap dance when he comes home from the overnight shift tonight(they have something called

midnight breakfast for exams week at the college,so its his number tonight),b/c it just isn't going to happen. i did rather have fun partaking in the workout but thats b/c i have nobody watching me(uless there is some perv running the neighborhood looking into patio doors at the apartments LOL). if i had to TRY to pull sexy off with these moves, it just wouldn't happen LOL. carmen is rather pretty good at instruction but my issue is that she doesn't give form pointers but they are rather printed at the bottom of the screen.some of this i didn't get but i did catch "a little more meat on the behind is really good for the smack". i gotta chuckle out of that one.i have enough meat for the "smack". she does break down the movements adding on each 8count as you go,which is how most of my other videos are and that helps me catch on. i just wonder if her formal dance instructor likes how far her "grand plies" have

become LOL. i might attempt this one but it has to be times when i know DH won't be around until i get more comfortable with it. its not a real aerobic thing from what i got from this particular dvd but the others are probably more fast paced to get the aerobic effect,but this one is a good practice to move a bit and like bellydancing you learn control of that core! have a great night all, i don't think yoga is in the cards tonight. i am just going to crash so i can get up earlier to get a workout in before i go to see about my car loan. kassia
