Guest guest
Hey, everyone, My wife found a weight routine on 's web site. Some of the exercises are self-explanatory, others are not. The leg routine includes " forward lunges " and " backward lunges " (I think) but also something called " one-legged lunges. " Assuming a forward lunge is done by holding the weights by your side and stepping forward into a bend with one leg (and that a backward lunge is the same thing in the opposite direction) what is a one-legged lunge? Darcy, maybe this is a good one for you to answer.
