I do have this kind of bag, but always have crosstrainers on. I LOVE my kb standing bag! A real heavyweight bag from my apartment ceiling would probably bring down my neighbor's floor, but when I get my own house I'll definitely have a hanging heavy bag in my garage/gym! There's nothing like working out on the bag with gloves! I wish there were more workout tapes for this!
