April / working out while travelling

Good job April, taking your workouts with you while you travel! Takingmore than one day off drives me crazy too, and I think most of us here can sympathize with your plight!DO swim laps in the pool and use the hotel's weight room if they have one! When I travel these are the workouts I like to take and play on my laptop:1) Yoga - you don't even really need the mat, just your body's length worth plus a bit more to the sides2) Walk Away the Pounds - you can power walk in place with and again, this takes little space3) Mat Pilates - same space requirements as Yoga4) For Turbo Jam you can bring the Ab Jam dvd, and some other good ones are the Firm's 5 Day Abs and Power 90's Ab Ripper 200 which also require no special equipment and minimal time. I don't know where your family lives, but maybe you can gather some troopers to go for a walk with you after dinner to help

digest - kids are great for this. You can make a pretense to go and check out xmas lights. Something I do at work that can easily be done in a hotel: DO STAIRS! Even 10 flights of stairs is hard! Let us know how it goes, and THANKS for uploading pictures! If you can, have someone take a pic of you flexing a muscle or something so we can use it for the homepage!
