Guest guest Posted January 1, 2007 Report Share Posted January 1, 2007 Hi, This morning I did Pyramid Upper Body. This of course is my favorite upper body workout that I own. I even did the abs. I have never liked the abs in this workout for some reason. Those planks kill my shoulders and I always have to rest for a second. Here's the weights I used: chest- 12/15/17 back- 15/17/20 shoulders- 3/5/7 triceps- 3/5/7 and 10/12/17 biceps- 8/10/12 Cathe's rotation calls for Step, Jump & Pump today. I plan on doing that this evening. I just wanted some extra upper body and in her rotation she has PUB scheduled for this week, so I wanted to get it in twice.
