, your story is very inspiring! I lost 65 lbs the right way but have gained 20 back but I too am determined to resume control. I wouldn't say I'm an emotional eater so much as that I'm an extremely sensual person - I love food, sex, partying, everything to the extreme because it feels good! Luckily I love exercising too, as that is another pleasure of the flesh, which helps tremendously. I work out a minimum of 7 hours a week, but when I lost the 65 lbs it was more like 10-12 hours a week. Anyway, I know I need to up the intensity to some of my workouts and to eat and less, and I think I'm on my way. I eat healthy, just too much is all. Thanks again for sharing your uplifting story, and I TOTALLY think you need to be a WW leader! Please keep us posted!Hugs
