Guest guest
Hi, This evening I did Pyramid Lower Body. That's what was on Cathe's rotation for today and I'm trying to follow it the best I can. I enjoy my workouts each day when I actually follow something. For the standing work this is what I used: Leg press- I used dumb bells 12/15/17 Lunges- (dumb bells) 12/15/17 squats/plie- bar bell- 30/35/40 dead lifts- 30/35/40 (these burned my low back bad) I completed the floor work, but when she got to the frog things, I just had to stop for a second on the second set, I was burning so bad. I usually make it through those, but for some reason it was really burning. I can't believe tomorrow is Friday... the week flew by. Have a nice night!! ~~
Guest guest
Hi , Watch it on the back burn - you don't need to throw your back out - take it slow and go to a lower weight for a few days - i spent several days it bed after I threw my back out the same way - Regards, Ricki fitgrl222@... wrote: Hi, This evening I did Pyramid Lower Body. I felt like I had control of the weight, but it was just really burning in my low back. I couldn't really feel it that much in my hamstrings. ~~
