We struggled with the diet for a couple of years before trying Houston enzymes with success. However because of the glutamate issue Dr Yasko seems to be suggesting taking them out again (ARGHHH!) Are we talking strict avoidance or limiting to small amounts (in which case what is a samll amount?)
