Hi there n! Thanks for responding.

My eyes glazed over with the chart, but I'll revisit it! Your method makes more

sense to me so I'll try this from your perspective Friday (my next cardio day)

and see if this helps.

This morning I just braved the elements and jogged until my ears began to ache

from the cold.

I don't think jogging for 20-30 minutes, or doing some type of cardio

class, will achieve the same results as the HIIT. Are you on a treadmill?

I found BP's chart confusing too, until I changed the minute from:
