Your method makes more sense to me so I'll try this from your perspective Friday (my next cardio day) and see if this helps. This morning I just braved the elements and jogged until my ears began to ache from the cold. I've dreamt in my life dreams that have stayed with me ever after, and changed my ideas: they've gone through and through me, like wine through water, and altered the colour of my mind. Bronte Re: Cardio - I don't think jogging for 20-30 minutes, or doing some type of cardio class, will achieve the same results as the HIIT. Are you on a treadmill?
