Saturday workout- Mish Mosh

Hi,

I got my workout done earlier than what I thought I would. I was going to do it this evening because I knew I was going to be doing cardio, but I didn't think I'd have time. I wasn't sure how my energy level would be since we went out for breakfast this morning and I had a huge waffle with loads of syrup. I let my tummy rest and then did a little mish mosh. This is what I did......

Step Blast- warm up and combo 1

Step, Jump & Pump- step combo 1 & 2

Step Blast- combo 3

Step, Jump & Pump- step combo 3 & 4

Step Blast- cool down

Step, Jump & Pump- planks and stretch

Workout was 50 minutes. I burned 470 calories so hopefully that put a dent in the calories from breakfast this morning.
