The real issue here is that anyone chooses to make political capital out of the suffering of the autistic community and their families. The real insult here is that this Govt have been in power for almost 10 years and have done absolutely nothing to help the autistic community. Time to make good the damage, put the offensive remarks behind them, and help the autistic community in practical and financial ways. Let’s write a list. Let’s not get mad, let’s get even.
