Guest guest
Hi, I am having some difficultly combining a aroma. I am using the essential of seaweed to give a slight tone of being near the ocean. I am not sure which or how other essential oils mix with it or if I am just barking up the wrong tree to get the desired effect. Perhaps there is a better choice of oils to create that feeling? Does anyone have advice? Second, I get essential oils from different sources and they all seem to have such a tremendous difference in how they blend and even smell although they are from the same origin. I am having difficultly in combining the scent in my mind with the essential oils I order. They commonly have significant characteristics that require major adjustments in my planned formulation. Do I just need a better understanding on differentiating the processing of oils or does everyone experience this and just know how to work with it? Lastly, why is it that almost all spa and bath products refuse to color outside the lines and always use scents like rosemary, lavender and ylang ylang? Thanks, Any comments, information or advice will be helpful. carl
