Just after some thoughts if i should get them removed.

Over the last few years ( im now 32 )

so from around 27/28 till now

My face has altered and i cannto beleive it

My teeth are now more crowded

my jaw is sitting back even further

My jar is now considerably crooked

and its strangely " moved " my nose ( even though ive taken no blows )

its like the Grisly part of the nose bone is still in place but the

flesh/skin has been pulled to 1 side 3/4 closing 1 nostril

im thinking if i get teh wisdom teeth removed it might somewhat

correct it.

It has become quite disconcerting as most ( actually ) all women i

ask out now i get turned down.

,

Do you have any gum inflammation problems?

Just curious because widom teeth that don't fit in right often cause problems

with periodontitis, etc, and should be removed if that is the case.

Whatever you decide to do, I highly suggest you avoid improper removal-- i.e.

have the periodontal ligament removed and the first mm or so of bone.

I am so sorry! I would recommend consulting someone who

specializes in facial reconstruction and jaw surgery. I'm no

expert, but removing teeth might not be enough.

I completely empathize with you as a year on high doses of

steroids have damaged my appearance (i am 34). I have always

been opposed to most plastic surgery, but now I'm considering

it. To a lesser extent than you, I have also noticed my jaw

receding and my teeth getting more crowded and my jaw

becoming crooked. I believe this is do to a combination of a life

of poor diet/poor digesting of good diet, and TMJ/teeth grinding.

If you're not eating the NT way yet, start, and consider doing one

of the protocols from Jordan Rubin's Patient Heal Thyself. I

think it's a quicker way to heal your digestive track so it can

accept the NT foods. Normally I would tell people to stay away

from medical doctors unless it's an emergency, but if I were you I

would see a specialist. Maybe it's my own vanity talking (and

living in LA), but I would do a great deal to restore my own

appearance (and plan on it!). I think most people don't

understand the pain of feeling (or being) disfigured until it's

happened to them.

Good Luck.

There could be a variety of reasons but basically there is a viscious cycle

where wisdom teeth that don't fit right make periodontitis more likely, and

periodontitis makes wisdom teeth more dangerous to have. Basically it is hard

get rid of the periodontitis problem without getting rid of wisdom teeth if you

have both problems.

A good diet over time should help to at least some degree with facial

structure.

I never had any confidence asking girls out, period. Good luck with this

one.

Thanks for teh reply. Yes i was recently at the dentist to get a

checkup on my teeth ( i had some calcification i wanted removed )

and i mentioned the shifting of teeth and jaw.

he said was i aware i was grinding my teeth in my sleep.

I said how can i be aware of somethign when im sleeping ?

I really liek this girl i see her as quite attractive.

so now becuase of my face changing its lowered my asking out

confidence.

I will look into these areas you have described
