entire body goes into a pretty intense muscle tense

( can happen mulitple times )

till ive actaully done some moving.

What would your calcium to magnesium ratio be?

that woudl be a very good question. I have no idea so i will tell you

the 2 meals i eat per day ( i only eat twice )

brekky is 500 mil of Raw milk

100 mil of cream

banana

6 eggs ( all raw made into a smoothie )

dinner is meat ( usualyl 250 to 300 grams )

large amoutn of vege like sweet potatoe, carrot, perrer, silverbeat

or i might have a curry with beans and rice using coconut milk.

These " tensions " are pretty intense ( my body wants to contract at

its MAximum effort )

You might want to experiment with taking extra magnesium to balance

out the calcium you are getting, or find more food source of

magnesium.

-artichoke

-broccoli

-lima beans

- baked beans

-fish, oysters, scallops

And others. Try a websearch and enjoy.

Try

http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/Data/SR16/wtrank/sr16w304.pdf

on the usda database. Not sure how accurate it is,

but it's what I go by.
