I am actualy scared to see how much crap I put in my mouth in the

course of a day. The book I am considering at AMAZON works for both

exercise and food intake. I don't think it is a real in-depth food

journal. There is a place to record what you ate, supplements you

took and I think water consumed. Doesn't break things down into

carbs, protien....Which is fine with me cause that would be too much

for me anyway.
