Good workout Donna! Congrats on going heavier than you have before.

I've heard about shaking in this workout, is it like a booty shake?

I'm not sure I'd want to do that either while lifting weights. I'd

put my back out or something.

Next weeks rotation looks good, you have a good variety there.

What is a pony party, do the children ride the ponies? Have fun, I'm

sure your DD will have a great time.

| upper body circuit sitting on the ball. It was a good

| section, but I'm thinking she could have used the ball

| more creatively - don't get me wrong, it is great to

| sit on the ball to do upper body, as she did, but I

| think I would have liked to see something a bit

| different here - using the ball as more than a weight

| bench. Still, a good section. I do think you need

| more than one set of weights to do the workout - to

| stick with one set either short changes you on some of

| the moves or makes some of them too hard. I had two

| sets of weights and that worked well although it was

| tricky to transition b/c there are no breaks in the

| routine.

| The stretch section was very nice! I've mentioned it

| before, she uses the ball as a prop to aid in

| stretching.

| I skipped the abs section b/c I ran out of time and

| Chalene had a good ab workout on the Booty Sculpt.

| monday - TJ Kickin' Core

| tues - TJ Stability Ball (Complete body sculpt??)

| wed - some sort of fusion workout

| thurs - cardio, probably step

| friday- thinking Iron Yoga
