I would like to hear your pet-peeves when it comes to things at the gym.

Here is mine.....

Why is it that gym-goers get on the treadmill and crank it up full blast

and hold onto the rails with their hair and other things flapping in the

breeze? It is best to raise your heart-rate without holding onto the rails

which is a lot smarter, using your legs and not supporting your weight

with your arms give a better work out BUT... if you are getting out and

exercising and holding on for dear life, this is beter than not exercising

at all!!
