Guest guest Posted December 18, 2006 Report Share Posted December 18, 2006 Hi, This morning I did Slow & Heavy Chest & Back. I was fried by the end with this one. I didn't think I even wanted to do the low back and planks at the end, but I made myself. I wanted to complete the entire workout, ever feel like that? I used 20's for the bench press (all 3 sets) 17's for the flys (all 3 sets) 17's for the first 2 sets of incline bench press and 15's for the last set. 15's for the incline flys (all 3 sets) I admit to skipping the pushups, I was just too tired. I don't think I could've even lowered my body down to the floor knowing it had to come back up lol After that, I did double arm rows using 17's. For the last 2 sets I did single arm rows using a 20. I get a much better range of motion doing the singles. Then did pullovers using a 20lb and 20's for the deadlifts. If I'm not sore tomorrow from this workout then I give up.
