Monday evening workout- Mish Mosh

Hi,

This evening I did a really fun combo. Finally I found something that I liked. I did Boot Camp Lower Body & Cardio Premix. I skipped the stretch and put my hand weights on and did the power intensity drills from Cardio Kicks. This was fun! I was in my zone 39 minutes of the 50 minute workout and I burned 388 calories. I'm adding this to my mish mosh list.
