yes, thanks donna, it went quite well :)

i filled up my main binder (holds 120, i think) and even had extra

slots inside the front cover for some of my audio workouts and

relaxation/meditation cds. these are all workouts that ive done and

enjoy, and also some that i want to do again before i decide to keep

them or not. as i did this, i reviewed all of the titles, picking

out a couple for the trade pile.

i took all of my virgins out of their cases and put them in their

own separate binder, and put all of those titles into an excel

spreadsheet, along with their lengths in minutes. i also

categorized them as strength, step, floor, pilates, abs, stretch,

ball. so now when i want to do a virgin workout, it is very easy

for me to decide on one! after i use a dvd from this binder, i

move it to the main binder if i want to keep it, or else put it in

the trade pile... then i update the spreadsheets (just with pen, i

dont print the whole thing out again at this time).

next steps in my 'manage the workout collection' project:

- list and categorize the contents of the main binder in excel

spreadsheet (this has been done before, just needs to be updated as

i probably neglected to note which ive traded and others that ive

added this year).

- list and categorize virgin vhs tapes

- list and categorize vhs tapes that i want to keep and those that i

need to do again before i decide

- remove tapes that i definitely dont want to keep (i think that ive

already done this but it could use a quick review)

- stop buying new workouts so that i can do the ones that i already

have! LOLOL (um, i just bought a whole slew for myself for xmas

-- include 2 of those fabulous new gilads!! im going to have to go

on a serious no-buying challenge!)

i would start with volume one or volume two. sean did re-make

volume one so i would probably buy that newer, revised version. i

sent you volume 2 revised, so dont buy that one!

yes i sure have. i posted about it back in october... i did CC v.

2 original.

here is a bit of a re-post for you:

id wait for the sale :) wont you be mad if you buy one now and

see the same thing on sale in 2 weeks?

(or will the store give you the discount later if you show your

receipt?)

like another person said, the mat on mine doesnt have a large

bounce. it is quite firm. a light weight child wouldnt be able to

get much action out of it....it wont feel like a full-sized

trampoline in a gym.
