Wed evening- Totally Hot Cardio

Hi,

This evening I did Totally Hot Cardio. I can't believe I can actually do this entire workout now without getting the steps mixed up. This is so fun once you learn the chore. The best part about this workout is that I was in my zone 44 minutes of the 45 minute workout and I burned 356 calories.

I had a headache most of the afternoon, even took a couple motrins. It wasn't until I done my workout that my headache went away :))

thats great michelle! i have thought about getting this one a few

times, but then forget about it because i expect that the choreo

will be too hard. and after hearing that it used to mix you up,

then i know for sure that it will not be for me! LOL

so, thankyou for mentioning that. imglad that you have the steps

down now and can really enjoy the workout.

yeah, the steps are tricky. I had the first part down pretty well, but the second section is what I had trouble with for a long time. Christi cues well, but those moves are just confusing.

yeah, well I can't do step it off 2. I've thought of selling that one off, but it seems no one wants it lol If I practiced the moves I might get it down eventually. Someone I know gave me a nice tip one time on some of these harder workouts... she included just a few minutes of the workout into her regular workout and once she got it down, she added more of the workout in. I think that could work.
