I don't have a sore throat but my sinuses are killing me (eyes hurt and have a headache.) I know it's from the weather here in Michigan. We have been getting a lot of rain on and off and will be getting rain from the weather system that just buried Denver in snow! It's strange to be here in Michigan without any snow, we haven't had any since around the beginning of November. I don't really care though because I'm a nervous wreak when I have to drive on snow and ice! I can also get StrongBear in for a Tracie Long theme week! Maybe I'll dothat, too! :)So, I'll have three strengths - Tortoise, Tough Tapeand Strong BearTwo hares - Hare & Fast CheetahAnd, I'll throw a cardio or an active recovery day infor good measure.
