Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I stopped by another Target today (after returning my defective Yoga for Stress Relief DVD one more time to a different Borders - I'm hoping that the third time is the charm!! Anyway, here's the run down from this store (and what I ended up getting: Carmen Electra Strip Tease Workouts (passed!) A Sara Ivanhoe Yoga collection - I was VERY tempted by this one, but I suspect it is a compilation DVD that contains all the Yoga Makeovers and the On the Ball Yoga Workout. The price is awesome at $9.99! I'm going to wait to see if it ends up being the Yoga Makeovers and On the Ball yoga - if it ends up being that, I will, of course, pass since I have all of these from Ross. Although I'm a bit peeved just for myself if that is the case as I would have much rather had all these workouts on one or two DVDs as opposed to 6....plus this one is way cheaper, even taking into account Ross prices! The Kathy Matrix Workouts - both - $9.99 each (I caved on both!) A new Austion Bootcamp workout - tempted, but passed for now. The new Dance off the Inches Workouts - Tummy Tone and the one with Dozois - tempted by , but passed for now. (believe the price was $14.99 each - so not a great deal - they might show up at Ross...) The new Shape Workouts - I caved - $14.99 each, full price. They did come with bonus workout music CDs, so I'll report back on those - I'm thinking they might be fun to use with the rebounder (when I get it!) I hope they're different and not the same CD with both workouts - I also hope these are GOOD workouts, unlike last year's offering from Shape. The clips look good on Collage and I like all three instructors - Dozois, Wheeler & Tracey York. The Shape Pilates DVD - I caved - $12.99 - but proceeds go to breast cancer research. I also like the instructor, Lizabeth . Yoga Booty Ballet Masters - contains two workouts a yoga/Pilates and a butt workout. I caved - $14.99 - especially when I read that they have a technique to get rid of cellulite. Yes, I know it is a scam, but I can delude myself can't I? (I'll never understand cellulite - I'm at or below, at times, a good weight for my height - my 10 lb range is 115 (which is kind of low) to 125 and I'm just shy of 5'6'' - yet I still have it! GRRR!!! At a time of extreme stress I was down to 108 and still had it - that is pretty much anorexic....*SIGH* Winsor Pilates Ring workout - $19.99 - a bit pricey for one DVD these days. Some Body Wisdom Media workouts - one looked to be a re-issue of the " Challenging Workouts for Weight Loss " which I passed on - since I have it. I think there was another, too, but I can't recall right now. They did have the Yoga for Stress Relief which I keep returning to Borders - I hope I finally have a good copy. If not, I want a refund or store credit and I'll buy it from Target. Hmm...there were also some assorted Austin, Sansones, Voights (older ones) as well as the ususal Gaiam selections. They had a large number of BOSUs in stock as well as the rebounder. DD and I are going on Tuesday, I think, to get it. We'll get it set up when DH isn't home and then it could be a 'surprise " LOL! This store also had the 's Bootcamp Elite kit, the YBB kit (original), and the FIRM and Cathe kits. Okay, I was bad today, but I didn't really get anything I didn't plan to eventually (except for the YBB masters....) And, after that, I stopped into B & BW, but I just smelled and didn't buy. Anyway, I spent too much money.... Take care, Donna __________________________________________________
