Guest guest Posted January 2, 2007 Report Share Posted January 2, 2007 Okay I said I would weigh in on Saturday, but I weighed in today. 148 lbs. Goal weight 136 - 12 to go. I was good last night. Wahoo! After dinner is the hardest time for me. I did not eat after 8 p.m. and No alcohol - I want to limit my alcohol consumption to weekends only, in moderation (1 or 2 glasses of wine).
