Guest guest Posted December 30, 2006 Report Share Posted December 30, 2006 Hi Everyone, I rested again this morning, mostly b/c of a disturbed sleep - DD couldn't sleep - so I had to go in there for a bit to re-settle her, then a stupid alarm went off just as I was getting back to sleep, then the cat started in on scratching the door. Oh well! I think I needed the extra rest anyway since I've been sooo tired this week. I do plan to get back at it tomorrow and workout on Monday if possible. So far I'm planning something like this: Sun - Tortoise Mon - Hare Tues - Strong Bear Wed - Fast Cheetah Thurs TT/Floorwork or Recovery Cardio Friday - whatever I didn't do on Thursday. Sat - Usual rest day Here's my check-in from this week - not much to report: Sun - Cardio Step Mix Monday - Off Tuesday - Off Wed - Super Body Bootcamp Burn it Thurs - Renew You Cardio Fusion Friday - Off Sat - Off Food: Got better as the week went on. I start my no office chocolate policy when I go back on Wed. Hope everyone has a great weekend.
