Guest guest Posted December 11, 2006 Report Share Posted December 11, 2006 Jen's Weigh-In for Monday, December 11, 2006January 1, 2006: *200.6*LAST WEEK'S WEIGHT: 207.2THIS WEEK'S WEIGHT: 207.2LBS LOST OR GAINED THIS WEEK: I stayed the same. MILEAGE (based on 1 mile = 15 mins): 12 MILESTOTAL MINUTES OF EXERCISE: 180 MINUTESGOAL WEIGHT: 120 lbs I didn't gain or lose weight this week. I'm happy about that because I had a VERY busy weekend. I went to a workshop all day Saturday then out to eat after the workshop. The workshop brought in a party sub so I had two small slices of that and then for dinner we went to Red Robin and I got a Cobb Salad - DELICIOUS! It was so BIG that I brought most of it home and shared it with my Mom. Sunday I went to a Christmas banquet....I have a hard time eating at those because I eat very slow and it seems like they were trying to take my plate before I was even half way finished with it!
