Welcome, Jean! I would say to go with the first set

so you can learn Chalene's format - there are some

good workouts in this set, too, which work well with

the others that have come out.

Enjoy!

Beach Body kind of forces you to buy the first set first, but if you want to check out the subsequent videos, the link is www.turbojam.com/party . If you're newer to cardio kickboxing I'd definitely start with the basic set, but if not, I'd just start with all the cardio parties.Hope this helps!

hi jean!! welcome to the group. im carolyn, age 43, living in

ontario, canada.

my initial response is yes, start with the first set.

however, since you like kickboxing, and have done taebo (so you know

kickboxing form and the basic moves), you might be able to start

with the TJ maximum results set instead.

but the workouts in the first kit are good (all of the TJ workouts

are great) and i wouldnt want you to miss out on them.

im sorry to correct you, my friend... but, no, they dont do this.

use the drop down box at the top of their website at beachbody.com

and you can pick whichever TJ set you want (look under 'more fitness

programs')

i meant to add that if you order anything from beachbody.com, be

sure to use the discount code SERTROM2 for 15% off (you enter it in

the coupon code box during checkout)

I stand corrected! Thanks Carolyn! I looked all over the place (it seemed) when the second TJ installment came out and never found a way to buy just that and Chalene said they wanted you to buy the first set first so she sent me the link. I should have known better and asked you guys first! :-)Hugs,

Thanks for all your replies. I decided to order the first set, so I

don't miss out on anything, but am frustrated because they don't ship

to the UK. They've given me an international contact email address.

Fingers crossed.

hi jean - sorry to hear that BB is balking on international shipping.

we could have it sent to my place in canada and i could then mail it

to you, if you like.

that would cost alot in postage, but it might be worth it if you

want the dvds bad enough.

also please ensure that the you will be able to play the dvds

properly... i dont know if they are encoded for north america only,

or what.

please just holler if you need my assistance with this,

:*carolyn.

Thanks for the offer of forwarding the Turbo Jams from Canada,

Carolyn. I managed to find a supplier on ebay so have ordered the

first set plus the two DVDs that use the big ball. I already have a

big ball that hardly gets used.
