today i noticed that one of the stores that i frequent had all of

their fitness stuff out on display (getting ready for the new years

resolutions i guess). they had some nice medicine balls for a cheap

price! i was soooo tempted to buy some of them... i got a 4 lb one

there last year and now they have 6lb and 8lb balls. i had to

behave though because i bought myself a bunch of fitness dvds for

xmas ;)
