Guest guest Posted December 12, 2006 Report Share Posted December 12, 2006 I have never been pregnant, but I have aerobics instructor friends who have taught up to 3 weeks before delivering. I think it depends on what shape you're in when you get pregnant, because your body is already used to doing a certain amount of work. My friends OF COURSE modified some of the movements and exercises and OF COURSE you should check with your doctor first, but it is my impression that you can work out much more than most of us are led to believe.
