Guest guest
I have to finish my last few Christmas cards today so that I can get them in the mail. I have to work tonight (interpret) then afterwards I'm playing volleyball. I'm looking to start this rotation on Tuesday or Wednesday this week...it depends on if I decide to get up early and play volleyball tomorrow morning and tomorrow evening....if I don't play tomorrow morning then I will start the plan then. I may be working from 4:20pm to 11:45pm Tuesdays & Thursdays starting in January that's why those two days are my "light days" for working out. Tuesday mornings I will be playing on a Women's volleyball league, it starts in January. Saturdays, I don't usually have to work or if I do work it won't be a long day that's why I put longer workouts there. Mondays I probably won't be working that many hours, same for Wednesdays that's why I have moderate length workouts there. Fridays may or may not be busy that's why I have mixed workouts that day. Sundays I have moderate workouts but not too long. I love the variety too, no workout is repeated. If I want to do something other than BB I will and come back to this plan later, that way there is a "guilt free" aspect included in my plan this time. In the past I've gotten down on myself for not finishing a BB rotation (ie Power 90 - did 60 days!) but this time I'm older and wiser LOL - older me? NOT! I will be working different times on different days so I can't sanction a specific time to work out. I was thinking of working out as soon as I get up, again in the afternoon and after work if it's not past 11pm. I will definately review the workouts as I do them. I am also planning to walk on my treadmill and ride my stationary bike for more cardio exercise. I hope that you guys will keep supporting and encourging me in my fitness goals! I like the overall organization and variety of this plan - they will supplement your volleyball games wonderfully! Have you thought about when, amidst your crazy schedule, you are going to fit these workouts in? Have you sanctioned time for them and are you willing to commit to that time slot / those time slots? Personally, I have found that you can NOT wait to be "motivated" to start exercising, because who knows when that will happen and it doesn't always last a long time. No, it's more like the Nike slogan - "Just do it". Really. You can wait or put this off. If you fall off the path one day don't beat yourself up, just know that every day is a new beginning and you get right back on track. Please review these workouts as you do them! I'd love to know more about many of those you have listed! Hugs,
