Re: Donna - Superbody Bootcamp Burn it!

Hi ,

I have done them both and I like both of them. Burn

It is harder aerobically than Firm It, but Firm It is

" different " from same-old-same-old strength routines

and it has a lower dread factor (b/c it doesn't have

me gasping for air at 5:15 a.m.!! :>) Both are really

good and I like the Renew You workouts that she put

out as well. For years she was with the Method and I

didn't like her as much there, the workouts were

choppy, but that could have been editing issues. I

suspect the Bootcamps as well as the Renew You's were

not filmed in one straight block as sometimes there is

a bit of " editing " going on, but it is pretty well

done and flows.

I think you can't go wrong with these! I'm hoping to

do one of the Renew You's tomorrow, then Firm It! on

Friday and perhaps another Renew You on Sat. I have

been taking Sat off, but I think I'll workout on Sat

and take Monday off since I don't want to be a

fuddy-duddy and go to bed too early. We'll see,

ideally, I'd like to workout both days, but I do like

to have one day a week where I can sleep a tiny bit

later. gets up between 6 and 7, so I don't

get to sleep too late ever anymore.

Take care!!

Thanks for comparing the two, Donna! I look forward to doing both of them! Burn it, especially! I hope the Renew You series hits Ross! However, Bath and Body Works' semi-annual sale started, and that will take a lot of my lunch money in the next few weeks!

Bath and Bodyworks sale? Now that's good to know! I bought my secret weapon against binging there in early December-- their Caramel Corn bath gel and the Caramel Corn lotion. See, most of what we call "taste" is actually smell. So when I use the bath gel and lotion and smell that scrumptious caramel and butter smell, I'm as satisfied as if I'd eaten some real caramel corn! Ok, I know it sounds a little crazy, and nobody at my job believes me, but try it! It really does work! Anne,

That would make me crave caramel corn! They have a chocolate one that I love, but as soon as I leave Bath and Body Works, I have to go buy a big bag of candy, so I'm afraid to actually buy the lotion. LOL
