Guest guest Posted December 11, 2006 Report Share Posted December 11, 2006 Hi, I sat tonight trying to decide what workout I wanted to do and everything I looked at seemed like I had done it a million times. I decided to make up my own little mish mosh. It ended up not being near as hard as I anticipated. I was kind of bummed at the end because it was really fun, I just wish it would've been harder. I burned 280 calories which surprised me. This is what I did: I combined High Step Training with Legs & Glutes HST- warm up cardio cycle 1 L & G- drop squats, explosive plie squats HST- Cardio cycle 2 L & G- rear lunges (right leg) plie squats rear lunges (left leg) HST- cardio cycle 3 L & G- One leg dead lifts HST- Cardio cycle 4 L & G- Plie squats HST- cardio cycle 5 L & G- all calve work (2 sets) L & G- outer thigh sweeps and inner thighs. This was really fun. Like I said, I just wish it would've been harder than what it was.
