yep. it is a a good dvd and has multiple workouts on it... 2x15

mins for abs, arms and buns. (which gives you the 90 mins)

good for starting out with weights and also for progression, because

the 1st set of workouts are a bit easier, the 2nd set are a bit

harder. i just loaned this dvd to my SIL who is also starting out

with weights. (i also loaned her minna lessig's one minute workout

dvd).

Hi ,

I use Collage the same way, almost always you can get

the same things cheaper elsewhere. They do sometimes

carry things that aren't available elsewhere though.

I also recommened the Tamilee workout - very good

exercises and very good for the time-crunched!
