(which gives you the 90 mins) good for starting out with weights and also for progression, because the 1st set of workouts are a bit easier, the 2nd set are a bit harder. i just loaned this dvd to my SIL who is also starting out with weights. They do sometimes carry things that aren't available elsewhere though. I also recommened the Tamilee workout - very good exercises and very good for the time-crunched! Happy New Year!
