Guest guest
I was watching tv last night.. and saw the new Trimspa 12 Week Challenge, looks like rip off of BFL to me. Even the same photo line-up of people like BFL has. Some people will do anything to make a buck!! By the way has a great entry on her blog about fat-loss supplements. http://www.trimspa.com/ Pam __________________________________ Music Unlimited Access over 1 million songs. Guest guest
BFL...often imitated, never duplicated Did you notice the lack of muscle in all the after photos? They're not very motivating...everyone is just a smaller version of the same body shape. Speaking of BFL imitators, I just read The Lean System Success Plan by Adele. He probably knows his stuff and might sell some worthwhile products, but that book was a waste of my money. I laughed out loud many times at how the book is almost an exact copy of Body-for-Life, translated into different words. > > I was watching tv last night.. and saw the new Trimspa 12 Week Challenge, > looks like rip off of BFL to me. By the way has a great entry > on her blog about fat-loss supplements. > http://www.trimspa.com/ I did like what said in part, and I want to 2nd it here: " Keep in mind that your diet is at least 80% of your results, workouts maybe 15-18% and supplements less than 2%. Bottom line - if your diet is off and your workouts are hit-or-miss, no pill can save you. If your nutrition and workouts are sound, you'll get great results without any magic pills. " Which is sooooo very true. Get the basic foundation first and then and only then think about adding ANYKIND of supplementation be they from a mainstay protein powder to a thermogenic. Realize what a product can or cant really do and dont believe the hype because thats only there to separate you from your $$. Knowledge about supplements is very valuable, so do your homework (dont rely just on peoples opinions) before you buy. That said, as each individual may vary, I have always been a fan of thermogenics or was until they banned ephedra - now I just have my enormous Grumpy character mug of coffee in the morning and I'm good to go to the gym! But while most thermogenic products out there are complete garbage these days (utter CRAP!!) the product Trimspa does have some merit. If you google its many ingredients or look them up in supplement guides they are currently one of the better products out there at this time for appetite suppression and insulin resistance. Just had to comment ;-) joni --------------------------------------------- *posting from my better halfs computer as mine is waiting for parts to fix it whaaaaa*
Guest guest
According to the fine print on the trimspa website: " Testimonial results are not typical. X32 may not work for everyone. Average weight loss achieved in an 8-week clinical study combining diet, exercise, and X32 was 3 pounds per month. " So, these subjects dieted, worked out AND took Trimspa but lost less than 1 lb a week? No thank you! I can do better than that w/o iffy diet pills. Guest guest
That's crazy. I always had suspicions that had weight loss surgery... or other professional help. She says she didn't but seriously a lot of people will say things that may or may not be true for some money. kluskagirl <kluskagirl@...> wrote: According to the fine print on the trimspa website: " Testimonial results are not typical. Guest guest
But speaking of supplements... has anyone tried hoodia? I'm considering it as I've heard a lot of stories that people had great results and I have yet to hear a story that was bad. I'm sure its against BFL rules to take Hoodia but its not against my rules! The bad news is that this natural substance hasn't had much research done on it. kluskagirl <kluskagirl@...> wrote: According to the fine print on the trimspa website: " Testimonial results are not typical.
