Guest guest Posted September 9, 2005 Report Share Posted September 9, 2005 I'm sure this will be obvious to me once I get your answers, but here goes. I'm on the 4th day of my 2nd week. Let's say I do a set of exercises at one set of weight increments and I don't have trouble doing them, and I don't reach a level 10 intensity. Then, the next time I do the same set of exercises, at an increased weight, and I cannot finish the high weight repetitions. Should I go back down to the lower weights?
