Guest guest
Colleen, I am the queen of insomnia. One simple thing that I have found that helps me is keeping some of those blue gel packs in the refrigerator. It's a source of cold that molds nicely to whatever needs ice. When I'm too uptight to sleep - for whatever reason - I get on of those cold gelpacks and put it at the base of my skull. It sort of runs from ear to ear. I don't know why it works, just that it does. I'm usually asleep before I need to replace the gelpack. Good Luck!!!
