Trainer's Edge Intergrated Strength Training with Jeffery

good morning all, got this workout from netflix to do this morning. about 40 minutes long of compound exercises for upper and lower body while doing some balance workout. something like a mini ripped to the core with jari. they had the right idea with this workout but some things were quite off. first he works to much shoulders,back, and biceps and not nearly enough chest and triceps. he led the workout good,giving form pointers and having his two background gals show lesser modifcations(one did beginner,one intermediate and showed more advanced).he mirrored his cues, explained things before and during sequences but he just left alot of things out. i know it was a short workout but things could have bene done differently to make sure more work was balanced during upper body movements. as for the production of the workout itself, it was pretty much the same set as killer kicks. a plan white room with a

hardwood floor. i though i saw speakers or lights in the background but that was about it. he was pretty upbeat without begin annoying during the workout and all the exercisers seemed to have good form. its not a workout i could go super heavy one. i started out with 8lbs but went down to 5's towards the end of it all. nothing really exciting or different with the exercises but i would much rather recommend ripped to the core over this b/c its far superior at only 20 minutes longer, hits all the body spots equally, and better music. the music in this was like crappy club stuff you would find in the dollar bin somewhere. plus RTTC was way cheaper. this goes fro $11 at DDD and up to $15-20 at other retailers. maybe jeffery will put out another workout but not with trainer's edge. i am not having any luck with these trainer's edge videos. this is the second one i done, and while 100 times better than killer kicks, still misses the mark for me. i believe i have cardio sculpt with pam cosmi next on my netflix list. can't wait, i have heard good things about this one. they sell it at DDD so if i like it i will attach it to my wishlist but this one is so far gone LOL going to toture dh by taking all the blankets LOL. he can drive his new van to the laundry mat with me. my poor car needs rest, until i can come up with a way to get another $1000 to fix it(fuel injectors, all 4 of them can you believe it!!!) well have a good morning kassia
