Guest guest Posted December 20, 2006 Report Share Posted December 20, 2006 I have the old vhs video of Thin Thighs Guaranteed from BB (around 1999.) It is one of their older workouts. Debbie Siebers leads this workout (I love Debbie!) In my opinion a lot of these exercises were used as the foundation for her Slim in 6 program. Although some of the exercises were different - cross-over lunges and courtesy lunges, for example. The workout is only 10 mins long but I could really feel it in my legs. I think that anyone could benefit from this workout if they put everything into the moves. Debbie does various lunges, a few squats to work the quads, hamstrings, inner and out thighs. I have bad knees and could hear them creaking while doing lunges so I didn't go very far down but I still think that I got a lot of benefit out of this workout. They're great add ons or even just doing them as workouts would be awesome as well! I haven't done it, but I bet they'd be good!
