I recently attended a nutrition seminar by the Stitts who own Natural Ovens Bakery of Manitowac, WI. Definitely not NT because they do not believe in humans consuming dairy products, but otherwise there is lots of = common ground. Anyway, they have a product (sorry, I can't remember the name) Omega something that they say is like a sunscreen that you take internally. It contains " stabilized " flax seed, sorghum and some other things including a little soy. Has anyone heard of this? I am diligent abou= t using sunscreen lotion on myself and children but sure get tired of slathering that stuff on! I would welcome an alternative that I felt was sa= fe. Kathy P.S. Of course I have been changing the diet as you have been describing- adding more animal fats, but I think they stress that the Omega-3's play mo= re of a role.
