diet: portion control

workout: a half-hour to an hour a day of walking, or 1 video, either

mtv ( Nies), or bellydance (Veena & Neena Bidasha)

gain/loss: none

Hi everyone! I seem to have maintained my weight, but when I have

time, I will exercise more. I've taken some exams, awaiting the

scores. I'm reviewing for some more exams. Happy Holidays.. whether

you celebrate Christmas or Hanukkah or something else :)
